All inclusive includes Buffet style breakfast from 7am until 10am, snacks in the restaurant from 11:30am until 12:30pm, buffet style lunch from 1:15pm until 3pm, snacks in the restaurant from 4:30pm until 5:30pm and evening meal (including two themed dinners per week) from 7pm until 9:30pm.
Unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks, and ice pops for children from 10am until 11pm from the pool bar (during meal times in the restaurant there are soft drinks, hot drinks, beer and wine). Ice creams are also available in the restaurant during meal times.
There is a daytime and evening entertainment programme for adults and children.
The kids club runs all year round and is for children aged 4 to 12 years (children under the age of 4 are welcome if accompanied by an adult)
Your All Inclusive will end at midday on your day of departure, but if you have missed you lunch on your day of arrival, you are entitled to lunch in the restaurante on your day of departure (despite having to check out of your room by midday).
If there is sufficient availability then the hotel may allow outsiders to access and use the pool facilities. The entrance to the pool costs 5€ per adult/day. Children between 2-12 years pay 50%.
Daypass Offer: Entrance to the pool + snack + 1 drink
(The snack consists of burguer & chips or Nuggets & chips or hot dog & chips or a pizza to be shared between 2 people). Drink: wine, beer or soft drink.

There is also a combo day pass available for 15€ per adult (7,50€ per child) which includes entrance to the pool and lunch in our buffet restaurant (opening on the 15/07/20) – including unlimited drinks in the restaurant from 1:15pm until 3pm).

The pool is open from 10am until 6pm (with a lifeguard on duty during these times). Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Use of the pool outside of these times is at the guest’s own responsibility, and night swimming is not allowed.
The pool is a natural seawater lake, and it is completely emptied and refilled every week with sea water from the ocean.
The towels provided in the apartments are not to be used around the pool.
You are most welcome to bring your own pool/ beach towels, or Pool towels are available from reception at a charge of 1€ per towel (+1€ per towel change) and a 10€ refundable deposit.
At our hotel we offer an “all inclusive” board basis and we comply with local and national legislation with regarding to the labelling of the food for allergens. As we do not have an “al la carte” restaurant we are unable to adapt the provision of meals to specific dietary requirements (such as allergies, intolerances, etc).
We offer a varied international “self-service” buffet and therefore we are unable to 100% guarantee that no cross contamination will take place (ie a knife used on non-gluten free bread may then be used by a customer for the gluten free bread).
For breakfast we provide the option of soya milk, along with a limited selection of gluten free products such as individual gluten free bread portions, brownies, muffins, biscuits (on a request basis and subject to availability).
We would advise clients suffering from allergies and intolerances to opt for the board basis of “self-catering” so that you are able to prepare your own meals within the apartment (our apartments offer a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave and a 2 ring hob). There is also a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. (Please note that all self-catering bookings made directly with us or on our website will automatically receive a free upgrade to Bed & Breakfast).
Check in is from 3pm and check out is until 12 noon.
Late check out is available on request – are must be requested via reception 1 day prior to your departure (a charge is applicable).

Yes, irons and hair dryers are available from reception free of charge (a refundable deposit of 10€ is required).
Kettles and microwaves are at your disposal upon request. If you would like to have a kettle and microwave in your apartment on arriva, please specify this request when making your booking (under observations) – or this itema can be requested at reception on arrival.

No the hotel does not have air conditioning, but the weather in the Canaries is nice all year round, and milder in the summer months than in Mainland Spain or Balearics – with temperatures in July & August around the 26-28ºC mark. This along with the fact that the hotel is located at the Ocean’s edge means that we usually enjoy a pleasant ocean breeze and air conditioning is not required.
However fans are available to hire from reception at a charge of 10€ per week (plus a 10€ refundable deposit).
Yes please do let us know if you have booked all inclusive and are due to arrive after 9:30pm, so that we can organise for a cold snack to be available for you on your arrival.
Our reception is open 24/7.
The hotel is located in the small fishing village of Las Galletas, so you will find everything you need on your doorstep, such as supermarket, chemist, bars & restaurants, hardware store, etc.
If however you would like to venture into the bustling tourist resorts of Los Cristianos or Las Americas, just opposite the hotel you will find the bus stop where a regular bus service taking approximately 20 – 25 minutes will take you to these resorts, or a taxi will cost you approximately 20€
Yes all of these things can be organised prior to your arrival. Please email the details, flavour of cake required and for how many people, date and time you would like the cake / Cava taken to your apartment / provided in the restaurant and we will gladly organise this for you. Please email any requests to email@example.com (Please note these extras incur an additional charge).
Although we do not have a shuttle service, we are just a short 20 minute drive from Tenerife South airport and a taxi will cost in the region of 25€ each way.
No we do not have a private car park, but there is a public car park (free of charge) directly opposite the hotel (please note that it is not tarmacked).
Yes, you can hire a car from the hotel, for 1 day or however many days you require. The car hire we offer is full comprehensive with zero excess and no credit card is required.

We have our own English in house reps, Sue & Craig, who hold a welcome meeting every morning at the pool bar. They will be able to give you all the information regarding excursions, best markets to visit, best beaches and also important information regarding your return transfers if you have booked a package holiday.
